PRODUCT CARE

 

Cotton & Linen textiles

Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours or hand wash. Please do not rub, soak or bleach. Please do not dry clean; dry in shade. Iron on reverse. 100% cotton bedding can be tumble dried on normal setting. Please remove all cushion inserts before washing.

Quilted Throws

Spot Clean preferred. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Hand Tufted Bathmats

We recommend washing separately before use.

Cold gentle machine wash. Wash dark colours separately. Remove from machine drum as soon as possible to avoid colour staining. Line dry flat or tumble dry on low setting. Note: Shedding may occur during initial washing. 

Towels

Warm machine wash with like colours. Wash before first use. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

ORDERS

How long will my order take to despatch?

During peak sale periods, please expect a delay to our normal order processing times. We are currently experiencing delays despatching orders due to our Mosey Me VIP sale which has resulted in a large volume of orders. We always work hard to ensue your order gets to you as quickly as possible but we are a small team and we only have so many hands. Thank you so much for your patience and please email us on info@moseyme.com if you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order. 

I'm having trouble placing an order, what can I do?

If you are having trouble placing an order, we are here to help. Please email us at info@moseyme.com and we will assist with your order as soon as possible. 

The product I am after is currently out of stock. When will you be restocking?

The best way to let our team know you would like an item to be restocked is to visit the product page and click on the ‘notify me when available’ button. We will email you once the item is back in stock.

Can I change something on my order?

If you have placed an order but have made a mistake or would like to change your order, please email info@moseyme.com as quickly as possible. We can always accommodate changes if your order has not left our studio. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to complete the returns process.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What do I do?

Please double-check your order confirmation has not found its way to your junk mail! If you have placed an order but haven’t received any confirmation please contact us at info@moseyme.com and we will follow up and provide you with an order confirmation.

What if I ordered multiple items but one is a pre-order / made to order?

If you have ordered multiple items but one or more items are pre order / made to order we will hold and ship all together. If you would like an item to be shipped separately, please add a note when you checkout or contact us at info@moseyme.com.

I've selected "Click + Collect" on my order. What happens now?

Once you receive a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, you can collect your order at any time within the opening hours of our studio neighbours, Melbourne Artist Supplies. All the information is contained in your confirmation email.

 

Do I need to pay for taxes and duties? 

Orders that are being shipped outside of Australia may incur additional taxes, fees and duties, as required by the country of destination.

The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges rests solely with the customer. 

Before placing your online order, we recommend contacting the customs office of the country of destination for advice regarding local import regulations.

STUDIO

Our studio is located at 18-20 Michael Street, Brunswick VIC 3056. The studio is not open to the general public, but we offer a click and collect service and private appointments. If you'd like to arrange a private appointment, please email us at info@moseyme.com to organise a time to come in.


STOCKISTS

Where can I find my nearest Mosey Me stockist?

To find your closest stockist, please email wholesale@moseyme.com with your suburb, postcode and any information about the Mosey Me products you would like to purchase, our team will point you in the right direction!

How do I become a Mosey Me stockist?

If you love our products and would like to stock them in your store, please contact wholesale@moseyme.com and let us know your location and the details of your business. Alternatively, you can apply to become a stockist by filling out this form.


MEDIA & STYLING ENQUIRIES

Media enquiries including hi-res images requests can be directed to media@moseyme.com. 

If you are contacting us regarding a photoshoot or stylist loan, please provide us with details about the shoot including location, postal address and a list of the items you would like to loan for our consideration.

For stylists, we offer a discount on RRP on Mosey Me branded products for trade orders. To access trade pricing please send your business information including billing and delivery addresses along with your order request to wholesale@moseyme.com and we will be happy to assist.
