We offer exchanges or credit notes if you change your mind and would like to return your Mosey Me items. All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by the Mosey Me design studio.
