1. What star sign are you? How do you feel it relates to your personality?
I’m a Libra! Here’s a quick snapshot of typical Libra traits, and honestly, they describe me perfectly: "Libras thrive on making things orderly and aesthetically pleasing. They crave balance and can be equally self-indulgent and generous. They’re also famously indecisive and avoid confrontation." Yep, that’s me in a nutshell!
2. Where do you live and why do you call this place home?
I live in Melbourne’s west! We moved here about seven years ago to be closer to work, and it’s been home ever since.
3. Who makes up your home? And where does your family gravitate most in the house?
It’s me, my husband, and our two kids. We spend most of our time in the living room. I’d love to say we hang out in the playroom, but in reality, the playroom usually spills out into the lounge!

4. What were you like growing up? What were your interests and hobbies?
I was a bit of a menace growing up, but with the same creative streak I have now! I fell in love with photography in high school, especially shooting on film. I was also obsessed with fashion and dreamed of becoming a fashion designer before eventually pursuing photography instead.
5. How did you become an illustrator/artist/photographer? Tell us a little bit about your creative journey.
My creative journey started with photography in high school, and it grew from there. I took a long break but picked it back up when I got into interiors. My art journey began after I had my second child: I started painting murals on my walls, which eventually led me to canvas. Since my painting style was quite illustrative, I bought myself an iPad and began drawing digitally. That’s how my decals and digital artwork came to life!
Wall decals feature all over the house, including the master bathroom.
6. Where do you draw inspiration from in your work, home, and life in general?
I’m hugely inspired by my childhood. The ‘90s were full of fun and colour for kids, and a lot of my illustration style pulls from that playful era.
7. What is your favourite aspect of being your own boss? What’s the hardest part?
I love being able to make my own rules and plan my days however I like. The hardest part? Doing everything myself. The late nights, endless to-do lists, and never fully clocking off, it can be a lot.
8. What has been a career highlight for you so far on your journey?
It’s tough to choose, but launching my apparel line was a huge moment. I thought I’d sell a small batch, but it sold out within 30 minutes of going live. I couldn’t have predicted that, and it was such a proud moment.
9. What’s the next project on the horizon?
I’ve got some exciting things coming up, including a children’s book and a collaboration with one of my favourite brands, I can’t wait to share more!
10. How do you fill your creative cup and recharge?
Spending time outdoors with my family is my go-to recharge. Family days in nature fill my cup and always spark new creative ideas.
11. What does a typical day in your life look like at the moment?
My day starts with mum duties, kinder and daycare drop-offs. Once I’m home, I reset the house and dive into work. My workday usually involves styling and photographing products, drawing, packing orders, and tackling admin. After daycare pickup, it’s all about afternoon tea, dinner, and the bedtime routine. Once the kids are asleep, I’m back to drawing!
12. What is your favourite room in your home and why?
Our garage bar! We recently transformed it, and now it feels like a fun night out, without leaving the house.
13. And lastly, what is your favourite piece from the Mosey Me range & why?
The Crimson Maypole quilt cover, hands down! It’s the only quilt cover I’ve found that perfectly complements all the colours in our master bedroom. It’s a wash-and-repeat kind of love.

14. Who’s the one person, dead or alive, you’d want to have dinner with given the opportunity?
My husband, because these days, kid-free dinners are rare!
